An electronic Tokyo has built a Geiger counter (invented in England in 1913 by Hans Wilhelm Geiger 1882 to 1945) to monitor in real time where the radioactivity lives. We can follow this monitoring also because it has decided to put it available to users worldwide on Ustream.
