- how to defend opening a serious political conflict with my Mayor and Councillor for decentralization Chiara Franceschini for what I found, in spite of myself, as a 'parallel operation that was seriously undermining the future of the Budget Participatory in the city, and that the managing directors of the district not so much in their existence in itself, but the content of proxies that have been assigned to them and so now I will explain the critical issues.
Delegates district have unfortunately received exdecreti of appointment, 2 prerogatives on which I disagree deeply, and I asked to be revised or even repealed, since it weakens the authority of the location of the BP, since it's given them the power to:

After that, never having been consulted and called for any discussion table with the commissioner with the Mayor nor Franceschini, to which I answer in my delegation, I find myself between.
