What Is The Best Rated Church Tithing Software?

My first speech in the City Council

So I said to city council June 18 , in the debate on programmatic lines ... equip yourself with patience and if you want to read it, otherwise patience!

1) CITY of the FUTURE
appreciate and share his words on Udine city that looks to the future
says: "we care about future generations"
We believe there's always more of a discrepancy between
- the timing of policy ( both in the sense of the term: term of 5 years - both in the sense of time management of meetings, decision times: it is not made for those who want to combine work with care in the institutions of commitment)
- and the environmental reality in sense of timing of life, but also the time of exhaustion and depletion of the environment (which requires reasoning and long-term availability to change the timetable and details of decisions): re-open spaces of the temporal policy we believe is a necessity for survival of the meaning of politics itself
We note also another discrepancy (between the before and after), because our political tradition Western broke a relationship between generations:
a) there is a prejudice against those who came before us
b) and little interest in those who come after us
c) there is no intergenerational thought: is the ' time of the sad passions "(to quote the book of 2 French showing that today's young people no longer believe that tomorrow will be better) and we do not we resign ourselves to this state of affairs
We believe it should be made of long-term thoughts on the environment and the city that we want to bequeath to future generations but also short-term on the city that we want to give young people: the new generations must be in 'local government institution of reference and should think about practices that promote the acquisition of a beneficial interest of full citizenship. Some examples: prices of bus, books, cultural and recreational services discounted or low-cost, but also events (debates, concerts, fairs, festivals of all kinds) in worldwide mission and contemporary expressing the complexity of the for ... awareness of the importance of restoring civil holidays, to give voice to the culture of anti-to stimulate the knowledge of today's dynamic labor market and make new generations aware of the precariousness that awaits them if they are not able, together with us, take up issues and rights which depend on their and our future ... We therefore expect an attitude aimed at promoting the leadership of young people, stimulating their participation and support, also economically, creativity and innovative capacity.

2) CITY MICROCOSM
We appreciate and share its analysis on the political centrality of the city: "every summarizes issues global city "means
We welcome a challenge: to restore hope, give way, give reason to believe that it is possible to live today, tomorrow and a better world starts here, from this hall, from this city, we have the opportunity to make better, more liveable, more suitable for children, youth, family, the elderly, the disabled ....
But for us also means have in mind the fact that the global horizon should not be abandoned at least as indispensable dimension to the understanding of what we experience in our daily lives, because we are united, and united by a common destiny of war or peace, it just depends on each and every one of us, citizens, continue to roll up our sleeves to take the only possible direction for the survival of our planet ... that of peace.

3) METHOD AND DEMOCRACY
We appreciate and share his discourse on method and add that in a historical moment in which the Western democracies - as Bobbio - are a jumble of "broken promises" the basic problem is precisely to rethink our democracies innovation, imagination and creating opportunities, as well as - in a logic of transparency - access to information (such as the implementation of the digital network, an initiative that we share and) also the participation of citizens who are able to put constraints on the democratic decision of : We all and all, dear, dear colleagues, councilors and mayor, we know that you can democratically decide to pollute air, water, soil and subsoil, to continue to affect the environment, to drive out the foreigner, not to feed the hungry, to cause violence and make war, to prevent women from deciding on its life, their work and their bodies, but we believe that:
- just giving voice to those who did not have it, only involving the territories, districts, individuals with their lives, their bodies, their stories, you can start to be representative, democratic and representative, as trustees and administrators, of those lives and the stories of those faces and those needs
- and only then we can say we have kept the promise of a democracy that welcomes, listens to empower citizens and accept responsibility in respect of those who make it harder to live and this common good which all true participatory processes have always brought to the center of the collective and then the political debate
This the delegation that she, Mayor, I will not be awarded to me only a political mandate and administrative to resolve the technical and political environment in which to build binaries for the participation of the above, in the form of participatory budgeting, but also will be for me an ethical-political mandate, which for me will be the center of relations with our city, and lives with people who need care, consideration of spaces of self-expression and needs as well as their creativity ...
For this example I would like to say here that the question of Adviser expression of the community of foreign nationals will contextualized within the framework of integrated actions that you and your team of government has repeatedly declared its intention to pursue: I would say that during assembly in which, starting in the spring of next year, we intend to convey the participation of citizens and the city's decision on budget priorities for individual districts and the city, the right to vote (in those meetings) all foreign residents and therefore it must be said, because we believe in the need to identify various instruments that give effect to the rights of citizenship, of which we should be able to enjoy all and all, without distinction.

Finally, we consider with great care and dedication for future issues that are central and which we shall not fail to make our voice heard in these five years we expect to work with her and his junta.

4) WOMEN AND SAFETY
The first issue is the consideration that we expect from this majority and its addition, look for a "gender" policy, beginning with the safety policy, a subject so dear our fellow center-right and managed with great uncertainty from our colleagues of the center-left.
tool of gender budgeting, which my colleague from the tower will, will be one important tool, if you will see the participation of the entire administration, because it can offer women new areas of negotiation and above all a different look also those themes which are increasingly encroaching on the agendas of local authorities, such as security: Replace this issue from a gender perspective could mean, for example, find that domestic violence (one that produces most deaths among women) is rarely included in the category "Home Security" and then no action is expected to do so, when it is well known that the vast majority of violence against women is perpetrated within the home. The GB is a tool that makes visible what is not, but this step will be crucial if we will find some dimension of the negotiations at the local level. We are
stoves and tired of hearing about the violence perpetrated by foreigners to the detriment of Italian women, but because those who say this do not read a bit 'of statistics? Why do not you stop saying that Gypsies steal babies, when a survey commissioned from the University of VR in the last 20 years shows that in Italy there is not even a case of children who have been abducted by Roma and Sinti in the face instead of hundreds of cases of their children taken away with ease? Let us return to

look "kind" ... does it mean?

a) For example, means believing that women should be "fully-fledged political entity " because the inviolability of the female body (you know true that Italy is the European country with a mind of violence against women% higher than in all other countries ....) is closely related to the cancellation, the collective mass media, women as a person (capable of thought, will and moral responsibility), we believe that they are two sides related to this foundation of all racism,
- which is the identification of women with sexuality, motherhood, reproduction of life, ...
nature - which is the reduction of women - and that part of humanity which in turn is equivalent to it (slaves, prisoners, migrants, Roma, different cultures) - a biological body excluded-included as such in the polis

b) then it means rethink the policy, knowing that the core material of the renewed authoritarianism on women's bodies also passes the processes insecurity of women's work (I'm not say that the difficulties of women and more women with children in finding a stable job or the difficult access of women to basic goods such as housing and social services or even to the particular issue of carers for those who can afford it, we offer a caring work often irreplaceable, compared to their social invisibility) and in the knowledge so that this issue (precariozzazione of women's work) must be on the political agenda of a coalition of center-left

c) it does not mean much and just fight for a greater presence in quantitative terms and in terms of different "planning" political, economic, social and cultural ethics of the report from (the truth gets in the dialogue) as a deeply secular ethics, which coincides with the live "good" as "respect for otherness" with men, with women and with all living beings, because it usually means have a look of mutual recognition as the vulnerability in which we all go, we need each other because of custody, even when we are called in front of others and responsibility to others and never in our time remind us of Paul Ricoeur souffrance (pain as participation in the finitude of others) or empathy Edith Stein means to stand up and say for example that the logic of punishment, and security-militaristic (these days the indecent and fascist militarizzazzazione cities) are not an answer in the direction we want to indicate

We want to finally say that we must be able to join and involve all networks and political practices that women are the protagonists of many years, starting from the real problems of existence: the migration, the comparison between people of different cultures, mutely living conditions and personal choices in matters of sexuality and coexistence, the new forms of violence and exclusion to which rarely know the institutional policies to address their gaze.
This we believe to be one of the clear mandate has been given of the structure of government of this city from our constituents, but also by those who care the rights of citizenship and who is more difficult to live. The other mandates will report my colleague Fred Pirone.
